The BridgeBuilders Foundation does not have an application
form or a rigid set of requirements for proposals. The Common Grant Application
Form is accepted. In general, all funding requests should include:
- a one page summary of the proposal
- a full description of the organization and the proposed project
- a timeline for the project
- a list of other project funding sources
- a detailed budget for the project
- the organization's latest annual report and most recent audited financial statements
- IRS 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status letter
- any other materials (e.g. brochures, press clippings) may be included.
